Claim your store

Claiming is not open yet. Owner accounts are the next thing we are building. Until then, every score on ValidShop comes straight from our scan, with no input from the shop.

Here is what claiming will cover, and what it won't.

What you will get

  • Proof that the page is yours, checked against the domain you own.
  • A re-check whenever you want one, instead of waiting for the 24 hour cache to expire.
  • The full list of findings with what to fix first, and how the score moved after each re-check.
  • A short note from you on your store page, shown next to the score. For example, to explain a missing policy while it is being rewritten.

What claiming will not do

You can't pay for a higher score, and you can't hide a low one. The score is calculated from what our scan finds on your public pages. If you change the site and check again, the score changes with it.

Unclaimed stores keep their page and their score. If you want a page corrected or taken down, that is a separate request and you can send it to us now.
